We thought we could answer some of your questions prior to visiting our store. If we don’t answer a specific question you may have, please contact us with the question and we will gladly respond with an answer within 24-48 hours.

What are your store hours?
Our hours of operation vary from store to store; which are listed in our contact us page. We more than likely are listed in your local telephone directory. Please give us a call and we will gladly give you this information. (Or call our toll-free In-Home Shopping Division at 1-800-410-8758)

Does your store sell more that just sofa’s?
Yes, we are a full line retail furniture store. We sell Bedroom Sets, Mattresses, Dining Sets, Lamps, Entertainment Centers, and more.

What name brands do you carry?
One of our leading brands we carry is Ashley Furniture but we also carry other manufactures. Come stop by the store for details.

Can I choose the fabric colors on my sofa?
Depending on the manufacturers, we welcome you to choose from hundreds of fabric choices. In some cases, you can also choose matching pieces such as bedroom, dining, and occasional tables. Please ask your salesperson for more details.

Can you deliver my furniture to my home?
Yes, but only within our normal delivery zones. Currently, we do not offer out of state deliveries with the exception of our normal delivery zones. (We currently only deliver out of state to the following areas: Hermiston, Umatilla, and Stanfield, Oregon)

Can I special order from your catalogs?
Yes, you have many choices and the estimated times for your receipt of such goods vary. Please contact your local Sofa Gallery Store for more details.

I see something on your website and I want to order it right now online. Is this possible?
Currently, we do not offer an E-Commerce option online. We however can expedite your order quickly and responsively by calling our store. In most cases, we can take all the pertinent information over the telephone with the exception of sensitive information. Call our store for more details.

Can I apply online for Credit?
Yes, you can apply online right now and get an immediate response in 60 seconds or less. Upon credit approval, you can make a purchase at any Sofa Gallery store nearest you. We will also send you a Sofa Gallery credit card in the mail upon credit approval. If you would like to make a purchase before you receive this card, please print the approval response form and bring in our store for verification and your picture ID. You will receive your new credit card in 30 days or less. Click here to apply!

After I make a purchase from your store, How long does it take to receive my furniture?
If we have the product in our warehouse, you can receive right away, but if this is a special order item, you will receive a call from us within 4-6 weeks. Sometimes depending on the manufactures maybe even sooner. However; keeping mind that manufacturers sometimes run out of raw goods and this may cause further delay in shipping your product but we want to keep a smile on your face, so therefore we welcome you to call us and check the status on your order anytime you like. We will certainly call you as soon as your furniture arrives.

I found a sofa somewhere else for $100.00. I heard your store will beat all competitors’ prices. Will you even beat a price that low?
Retail stores sometimes have returns, freight damaged pieces, manager specials, as-is items, etc. Each circumstance is different but we will try to assist you in a way that satisfies both parties. If certain restrictions apply, we will gladly explain to you what your options are.

I don’t have any credit… What other options are there for me?
Cash is always welcomed, but we also offer a 1- Year Layaway plan. No credit necessary for this plan. It’s also interest free. Just a couple of payments a month and that’s basically it. You can only receive the product once the layaway is completely paid in full but once you pay it off…Enjoy and Relax!

Has your company done anything for the community?
Yes, we had several car washes benefiting Hurricane Katrina Victims in New Orleans. We also donate school supplies to local schools to help the children in need, we also have donated furniture items to several different organizations, we donate money each year to a local high school, and we ENJOY doing it because we truly care. Giving back to the community is what makes a community stronger.

Do you sell sleeper sofas?
In most cases, this will be by special order only but yes, we do sell sleeper sofas. We don’t stock them usually due to demand.
